Art Director


As an Art Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize, conceptualize, and design beautiful ideas that bring exceptional creative thought and craft output, developing and delivering projects from brief to end user.

You will be responsible for providing leadership for the project you work on, creating innovative concepts, and pushing the idea through to the final outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept Development - Develop original, persuasive, and conceptually compelling work for campaigns, content, and experiences across a variety of products and services
  • Visual Design - Create visual elements based on art directions
  • Branding - Conceptualize and direct brand campaigns or projects
  • Stakeholder Management - Possess good stakeholder presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the business challenge
  • Project Management - Be accountable for the project design deliverables and manage the quality of all design deliverables


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Studies, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Creative in an advertising agency or related field
  • Solid knowledge of the latest design trends and technology
  • Strong information presentation skills, visual, and written

We would love to see

  • Strong art direction abilities across advertising disciplines
  • Deep knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and After Effects skills that are sharp and current
