Graphic Designer, Tridge


As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a range of deliverables within established design systems. 

You will be responsible for executing creative projects to ensure that all artwork strictly meets accuracy, quality, size, resolution specifications, and any specific business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Design - Assist the creative leads in the vision for and delivery of original, persuasive, and conceptually compelling work for campaigns, content, and experiences across a variety of products and services, including but not limited to print materials, digital media, social media, and website content
  • Concept Development - Conceptualize and execute sound creative ideas for brand campaigns or projects
  • Branding - Interpret and execute creative direction, brand tone, and style guides
  • Stakeholder Management - Present concepts to internal teams and other relevant stakeholders
  • Project Management - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards throughout all phases of a project, particularly upon delivery


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer in an advertising agency or related field
  • Solid typography chops, brand identity, layout development, illustrations, print, and motion
  • Solid knowledge of the latest design trends and technology
  • Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop skills that are sharp and current

We would love to see

  • Strong art direction abilities across advertising disciplines
  • Proficiency in English and Korean
