Within the Growth Solution Department, as a pioneer for Tridge products, the Solution Sales & Business Development is responsible for leading successful scale-up and launch proactively by executing sales, generating profitable and scalable deals, planning sales strategy etc.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct market research, analysis, and cross-referencing to identify target accounts and verticals/industries; develop go-to-market strategies for respective verticals.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and engage in consultative selling to communicate the value proposition of Tridge platform services to high-value clients and prospects.
  • Develop and execute plans for associations, partnerships, and reseller developments in alignment with Tridge's business goals and objectives.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPI targets; identify problems and optimize sales processes for efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage daily pipelines, maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collect, analyze, and share customer feedback/insights with the Product Team to continuously innovate and optimize Tridge platform services in response to evolving market trends and customer needs.
  • Train and onboard newly hired Global Platform Sales Team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to optimize marketing campaigns and attract sales-qualified leads, providing valuable insights and feedback based on industry experience.
  • Daily management of Global Platform Sales Teams (Account Executives & SDRs) to meet sales KPIs and optimize their performance.

 

Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:

  • We're looking for a candidate who has at least one year but less than five years of experience in sales or business development for global B2B SaaS or related fields. 
  • The ideal candidate should have diverse experience in sales, service strategy planning, operations, and other areas in global B2B platforms. 
  • Strong leadership skills in sales, strategy planning, implementation, and optimization are essential. 
  • The candidate should have a passion for and dedication to the product in order to create significant value. 
  • They should not only be able to sell the product but also have the ability to enhance the product's value proposition. 
  • Fluent English communication skills are necessary for pitching sales to overseas customers.
