Position Summary:

 

This position is a key role responsible for leading the development and execution of the organization's strategic business plan. This position plays a critical role in analyzing and managing the organization's performance against strategic goals, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives. With over 10 years of experience in strategic planning and performance analysis, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in steering the organization toward its strategic objectives, optimizing performance, and driving sustainable growth.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development, execution, and continuous refinement of the organization's strategic business plan. Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify strategic priorities, goals, and initiatives that support the organization's vision and long-term objectives.
  • Strategic Alignment: Play a crucial part in establishing the organization's strategic direction and ensuring that all relevant parties act in alignment with this direction. It involves setting clear strategic goals, communicating these objectives effectively across the organization, and monitoring alignment to ensure that every action taken supports the overarching strategic vision.
  • Business Performance Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework to measure, analyze, and report on the organization's performance against strategic goals. Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive decision-making.
  • Strategic Initiatives Oversight: Oversee the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, resolving challenges and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Change Management and Organizational Agility: Direct the design and implementation of change management strategies to facilitate agile organizational transformation in response to strategic priorities.

 

Qualifications:

  • 8 to 13 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving organizational performance.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategic initiatives to a global audience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a focus on long-term vision and goals.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
