You will also work closely with other designers to ensure that your deliverables are aligned with the overall art and creative directions. The ideal candidate for this role is a skillful designer who has a strong sense of aesthetics, uncompromising quality standards, exceptional visual communication skills, and an eye for detail. If you’re someone who possesses all these qualities plus the relentless desire to achieve mastery in graphic design, then this role is perfect for you</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p> <p>• Produce creative work that may include creative ads, social media content, infographics, editorial content, videos, packages, keynotes, graphical assets, photographs, illustrations, and more, for the Tridge brand and other sub-brands<br>• Ensure that design deliverables are not only masterfully crafted but also can effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely<br>• Plan creative design projects and conduct design research as necessary to collect inspirations and strategize how to best deliver impacts through graphical works<br>• Create and maintain sets of reusable graphical assets<br>• Collaborate with product designers to help them improve the look and feel of user interfaces of web or app platforms<br>• Collaborate with marketers to share ideas and align works with the launches of online or offline marketing campaigns<br>• Collaborate with brand designers to ensure that all design deliverables and creative works stay true to the related brand identities<br>• Build and maintain detailed visual style guides for different types of graphic design works to ensure design consistency</p> <p><strong>Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:</strong></p> <p>• Major in graphic design, visual communications, media design, or equivalent education or experience <br>• 1-3 years of work experience in graphic design, visual communications, media design, art direction, or any related creative areas <br>• Fluency across graphic design, typography, photography, and illustration with demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suites <br>• Exceptional sense of aesthetics <br>• Solid understanding of visual and communication design principles <br>• Excellent attention to detail <br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal <br>• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely<br>• Professional or native English proficiency</p> <p><strong>Not a must, but better if:</strong></p> <p>• Experience working in design or creative agencies <br>• Experience working on branding projects or producing branded content <br>• Experience managing design projects <br>• Ability to work on motion graphics design <br>• Ability to conduct design research <br>• Professional or native Korean proficiency</p> <p><strong>We welcome talents with the following traits:<br></strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Ability to think and work independently and collaboratively<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">• </span>Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about graphic design<br><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Willingness to learn, improve, and stay current on the latest design and technology trends<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">• </span>Being highly responsible and accountable<br><span style="font-weight: 400;">• </span>Strong work ethics</p> <p><strong>Please check before you apply: </strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Recruitment Type : full-time (3 months probationary period)<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Working hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 19:00<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Location: 226 Bangbae-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Documents to Submit: Resume (required), Portfolio (required)</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">* Application Format: Korean or English / Free Format / PDF <br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">* Expired certificate is invalid and recruitment may be canceled if the contents of the application cannot be validated</span></p>

Organizational Culture Fit Interview
In the final stage, our CEO will meet you to discuss how your vision aligns with that of Tridge’s, understand our goals and strategy, and get answers to all remaining questions. The result will be announced after the results of all your previous interviews are taken into consideration.
