<h4>Creative Strategist</h4>

<p>As a <strong>Creative Strategist</strong> at Tridge, you will work closely with different teams and key stakeholders to formulate creative strategies to help a team of creatives develops and execute the right creative campaigns. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company’s creative strategies are connected and well-aligned with all other strategies. In other words, you will be directly responsible for setting up a solid foundation and the right boundaries where creative energy can flourish and get channeled in the right direction to drive business results. </p>
<p>If you’re a goal-oriented collaborator with an outstanding analytical thinking capability who loves to meticulously formulate all-embracing strategies and see creative ideas come to fruition, driving impact and results, then this position is perfect for you.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p>
<p>• Conduct exhaustive market research to understand the target markets and customers deeply<br>• Identify important market and industry trends through in-depth analyses of research findings<br>• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the context, needs, and strategies of different teams and the organization as a whole<br>• Formulate creative strategies that are well-connected and aligned with all other strategies<br>• Develop or enrich project briefs for any creative campaigns and initiatives<br>• Oversee the execution of creative strategies across different campaigns and projects<br>• Build and maintain comprehensive documentation of creative strategies to ensure effective communication and alignment<br>• Propose new strategies or research findings to a creative director, designers, marketers to inspire new initiatives and campaigns<br>• Coordinate with the marketing team or other teams to keep track of the results and test the effectiveness of different creative strategies and campaigns<br>• Evaluate and adjust creative strategies periodically to optimize impact and results<br>• Advise a creative director on the strategies and provide support as needed</p>
<p><strong>Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:<br><br></strong>• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and executing creative strategies<br>• Proven track record of developing and executing creative strategies that get results<br>• Exceptional critical and analytical thinking abilities<br>• Exceptional market and industry research capability<br>• Excellent creative thinking ability<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal<br>• Excellent ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely<br>• Excellent attention to detail<br>• Expansive knowledge and understanding across various domains such as creative design, branding, marketing, with specialization in specific areas<br>• Ability to build rapport and consensus around strategies<br>• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while being comfortable working in rapid iteration<br><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Proficient in both English and Korean</span></p>
<p><strong>Not a must, but better if:<br></strong><br>• Experience working on strategies for both B2C and B2B industries<br>• Experience working in a creative agency, branding agency, or marketing agency</p>

Our recruiter will go over your resume and ask a few questions about your skills and qualifications during a short (video) call interview.

Our hiring manager will talk about the skills that are most desired by the team. The interviewer will want to understand how your past teams operated, reflect on what went well and could have been better, and your proudest achievements and challenges in your career.

Team Culture Fit Interview
Our department head will dive into Tridge’s values, what it’s really like to work here, and what we value in a team and organization. The interviewer will ask you about your career goals, work ethic, leadership style, and values.

Organizational Culture Fit Interview
In the final stage, our CEO will meet you to discuss how your vision aligns with that of Tridge’s, understand our goals and strategy, and get answers to all remaining questions. The result will be announced after the results of all your previous interviews are taken into consideration.
