You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company’s creative strategies are connected and well-aligned with all other strategies. Our department head will dive into Tridge’s values, what it’s really like to work here, and what we value in a team and organization. The interviewer will ask you about your career goals, work ethic, leadership style, and values.
Organizational Culture Fit Interview
In the final stage, our CEO will meet you to discuss how your vision aligns with that of Tridge’s, understand our goals and strategy, and get answers to all remaining questions. The result will be announced after the results of all your previous interviews are taken into consideration.
