You will work closely with a creative director and creative strategists to help bring their ideas to fruition through your outstanding copywriting ability.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If you believe you are well-equipped with the ability to masterfully craft creative copies that get results, excellent command of the Korean language, and the ability to collaborate across teams of creatives and marketers, then this role is perfect for you.</span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br><br></strong>- Provide creative copies for slogans, taglines, ads, commercials, websites, newsletters, emails, social media posts, sales materials, marketing materials, or any other touchpoints<br>- Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, creative strategists, and marketers to ensure alignment between your copywriting styles and the overarching strategies<br>- Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to deeply understand the target audience for your writing pieces<br>- Audit copies of various touchpoints to ensure consistency and identify areas of improvement across multiple brands, including both B2B and B2C brands<br>- Continuously explore new ways to improve copies and narratives that can better align with strategies, build better brands, and ultimately drive business results<br>- Build and maintain copywriting guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment</p> <p><strong>Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:<br><br></strong>- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in copywriting, preferably in the creative industry<br>- Proven track record of creating clever, original, attention-grabbing, and spot-on creative copies that can drive results<br>- Exceptional ability to masterfully craft engaging and beautiful narratives through writing<br>- Exceptional command of the Korean language<br>- Solid understanding of how to align copies with the overarching creative strategies, marketing strategies, and business strategies<br>- Excellent creative thinking capability<br>- Excellent attention to detail<br>- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely<br>- Ability to empathize with others<br>- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while being comfortable working in rapid iteration<br><strong>- Native Korean proficiency, business-level English proficiency</strong></p> <p><strong>Not a must, but better if:</strong></p> <p>- Experience working on both B2C and B2B copywriting<br>- Experience working in a creative agency, branding agency, or marketing agency</p> <p><strong>We welcome talents with the following traits:<br></strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Ability to think and work independently and collaboratively<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">• </span>Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about design<br><span style="font-weight: 400;">• </span>Being highly responsible and accountable<br><span style="font-weight: 400;">• </span>Strong work ethics</p> <p><strong>Please check before you apply:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Recruitment Type : full-time (3 months probationary period)<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Working hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 19:00<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Location: 226 Bangbae-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Documents to Submit: Resume (required), Portfolio (required)</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">* Application Format: Korean or English / Free Format / PDF&nbsp;<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">* Expired certificate is invalid and recruitment may be canceled if the contents of the application cannot be validated</span></p>

Our hiring manager will talk about the skills that are most desired by the team. The interviewer will want to understand how your past teams operated, reflect on what went well and could have been better, and your proudest achievements and challenges in your career.

Team Culture Fit Interview
Our department head will dive into Tridge’s values, what it’s really like to work here, and what we value in a team and organization. The interviewer will ask you about your career goals, work ethic, leadership style, and values.

Organizational Culture Fit Interview
In the final stage, our CEO will meet you to discuss how your vision aligns with that of Tridge’s, understand our goals and strategy, and get answers to all remaining questions. The result will be announced after the results of all your previous interviews are taken into consideration.
