As a Content Editor, you will coordinate with teams of freelance writers, marketers, and creatives to ensure that all marketing content meets our quality standard.</p> <p>An ideal candidate for this role is a proficient English writer with a passion for producing high-quality content, excellent editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p> <p>- Supervise and edit content from a team of writers and freelance contributors<br>- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency<br>- Ensure content meets Tridge's style guide, target audience, and SEO requirements<br>- Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality content<br>- Evaluate and improve existing content to meet industry trends and standards<br>- Leverage the latest technologies to improve content writing efficiency and productivity for marketing</p> <p><br><strong>Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:</strong></p> <p>- Minimum 5 years of professional writing experience with 2 years of content editing experience<br>- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills<br>- Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines<br>- Excellent communication and project management skills<br>- Professional or native English proficiency</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Not a must, but better if:</strong></p> <p>- Education in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields<br>- Experience working in B2B content marketing<br>- Experience collaborating with a team of creatives or designers<br>- Experience working in a fast-paced startup<br>- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with collaborative nature<br>- Professional to native Korean proficiency</p> <p><br><strong>Please check before you apply: </strong></p> <p>- Recruitment Type : full-time (3 months probationary period)<br>- Working hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 19:00<br>- Location: 226 Bangbae-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul<br>- Documents to Submit: Resume (required), Portfolio (optional)</p> <p>* Application Format: Korean or English / Free Format / PDF <br>* Expired certificate is invalid and recruitment may be canceled if the contents of the application cannot be validated</p>

Team Culture Fit Interview
Our department head will dive into Tridge’s values, what it’s really like to work here, and what we value in a team and organization. The interviewer will ask you about your career goals, work ethic, leadership style, and values.
Organizational Culture Fit Interview
In the final stage, our CEO will meet you to discuss how your vision aligns with that of Tridge’s, understand our goals and strategy, and get answers to all remaining questions. The result will be announced after the results of all your previous interviews are taken into consideration.
