With greater transparency and real-time updates in price, quality, and trade volumes, Tridge removes the information asymmetry prevalent in many markets.</p> <p>- Tridge career page:<br>- Tridge official blog:<br><br></p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong><strong><br><br></strong></p> <p>We&nbsp;&nbsp; are&nbsp;&nbsp; looking&nbsp;&nbsp; for&nbsp;&nbsp; ambitious&nbsp;&nbsp; and&nbsp;&nbsp; energetic&nbsp; Global Origination Managers &amp;&nbsp; Platform Solution Specialist&nbsp;(procurement managers) to help us engage with local suppliers of agro products (fruit and vegetables) be responsible for business development and sales for platform solutions/products. You source new supply, build partnerships with existing and new growers and guide them with regards to production, quality, product development. You coordinate with various departments such as logistics, quality control, back office, marketing, accounting and a range of external service providers which include certifiers, agronomists, stakeholders and banks.&nbsp; If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we would like to meet you.<br><br></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline and execute sales activities, including cold calling, emails, online meetings, and in-person meetings</li> <li>Account management and daily conversations with clients, deliver required results on business reviews through a data-driven consultative approach</li> <li>Collect, analyze, and deliver customer feedback to the management team and product team</li> <li>Work closely with sales manager by contributing sales strategies</li> <li>Collaborate with the Global Fulfillment Teams to conduct sales activities to convert &amp; achieve Fulfillment Digital Integration</li> <li>Consistently manage enterprise sales accounts for seamless customer experience &amp; strengthen long-term strategic partnerships</li> <li>Coordinate with the Platform Strategy Team to successfully align with Tridge’s global strategy &amp; vision</li> <li>Work with existing suppliers across the country</li> <li>Research and approach new potential suppliers</li> <li>Nurture excellent relationships with suppliers with the aim of developing long-term relationships that will help to deliver cost savings to customers</li> <li>Manage supplier delivery times, logistics and quality processes</li> <li>Negotiate and set up contracts and agree on KPIs</li> <li>Research on local products with strong demand (import potential) and report to Tridge HQ, Korea.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Candidate Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Located in Philippines (Manila preferrable)</li> <li>Up to 3 years of sales experience in global B2B productsExperience managing quality inspection and logistics processes</li> <li>Language proficiency: Fluent in English and the local language</li> <li>Entrepreneurial spirit as well as managerial skills</li> <li>Sales and/or marketing experience in global exhibitions/medium-small size tradeshows in the agri-food industry is a big plus</li> <li>Able to lead platform solution sales at the frontline</li> <li>Prospecting skills, cold calling, business sales experience</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and Sales DNA</li> <li>Strategic planning ability to reproduce sales success cases<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Characteristics:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Self-starter who is willing to initiate new tasks</li> <li>Take strong ownership in utilizing the company asset to grow tremendously in his/her career</li> <li>Eagerness to finish the initiated tasks</li> <li>Believe in Tridge’s vision and potential, and is willing go through new challenges together as a team</li> <li>Open to new ideas and comfortable exchanging constructive feedback<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Some facts about Tridge’s rapid growth:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Data-driven intelligence: +11.6B Product Data Points, +0.6 Billion Price Data Points and +11.5 Billion Trade Data Contact Management</li> <li>Global expansion: A 550-member team working in 60 countries around the world is planned to expand to 1,000 within this year.</li> <li>Trusted online reputation: Inflow of more than 1 million global top tier business traffic from multinational companies, consulting, universities, etc. due to Google SEO optimization</li> <li>Cultural Diversity: Working with people of various nationalities and aiming for a rapidly changing horizontal organizational culture</li> <li>Trade Digitalization: Leading the digitalization of the B2B global trade market</li> </ul>

In the final stage, our CEO will meet you to discuss how your vision aligns with that of Tridge’s, understand our goals and strategy, and get answers to all remaining questions. The result will be announced after the results of all your previous interviews are taken into consideration.
