Such content may include company’s brand films, product tour videos, feature explainer videos, marketing videos, company culture videos, testimonial videos, live talk/presentation videos, or short animated graphics for web usage. You will be expected to closely collaborate with different teams and craft high-quality video or animated content hands-on to help teams and the company achieve business goals.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop clear and effective storylines and narratives for videos or animated content</li> <li>Create, edit, and publish videos or animated content that can deliver the desired impact and messages to the target audience while adhering to brand guidelines or visual styles</li> <li>Effectively communicate ideas, work-in-progress and final results with stakeholders</li> <li>Collaborate with different teams to understand and align business requirements or goals</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least two years of professional work experience related to Motion graphic design</li> <li>Excellent ability to produce high-quality design work using Motion graphic design tools such as Final Cut, After Effect, Motion 5</li> <li>Creative mind with excellent storytelling and visual communication skills</li> <li>Ability to articulate your design visions and take on new design initiatives</li> <li>Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with different teams</li> <li>Being organized and attentive to detail</li> <li>Professional English proficiency</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Not a must, but better if</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in crafting or adopting visual styles or brand identities</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>---</p> <p><strong>Please check before you apply: </strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Recruitment Type : full-time (3 months probationary period)<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Working hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 19:00<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Location: 226 Bangbae-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">• Documents to Submit: Resume (required), Portfolio (required)</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">* Application Format: Korean or English / Free Format / PDF <br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">* Expired certificate is invalid and recruitment may be canceled if the contents of the application cannot be validated</span></p>

Our hiring manager will talk about the skills that are most desired by the team. The interviewer will want to understand how your past teams operated, reflect on what went well and could have been better, and your proudest achievements and challenges in your career.
Team Culture Fit Interview
Our department head will dive into Tridge’s values, what it’s really like to work here, and what we value in a team and organization. The interviewer will ask you about your career goals, work ethic, leadership style, and values.
Organizational Culture Fit Interview
In the final stage, our CEO will meet you to discuss how your vision aligns with that of Tridge’s, understand our goals and strategy, and get answers to all remaining questions. The result will be announced after the results of all your previous interviews are taken into consideration.
