Application Review

This is the first stage of Tridge’s candidate journey. Our recruiters and hiring managers will review your application to see if your skills and qualifications fit the role. We do our best to email you the result within 10 days.

Prescreening Interview

Our recruiter will go over your resume and ask a few questions about your skills and qualifications during a short (video) call interview.

Skill Match Interview

Our hiring manager will talk about the skills that are most desired by the team. The interviewer will want to understand how your past teams operated, reflect on what went well and could have been better, and your proudest achievements and challenges in your career.

Team Culture Fit Interview

Our department head will dive into Tridge’s values, what it’s really like to work here, and what we value in a team and organization. The interviewer will ask you about your career goals, work ethic, leadership style, and values.

Organizational Culture Fit Interview

In the final stage, our CEO will meet you to discuss how your vision aligns with that of Tridge’s, understand our goals and strategy, and get answers to all remaining questions. The result will be announced after the results of all your previous interviews are taken into consideration.
